Supplier Supervision for Cybersecurity Topics
CHALLENGE
We were responsible for managing the Cybersecurity activities for two ECUs in the small car project for Renault. Our primary tasks included reviewing the Cybersecurity concept and delivery, and providing feedback to the supplier on how to improve their processes.

We were also involved in verifying and validating the deliverables, and acted as a bridge between the OEM and the supplier.
OUTCOME
We provided delivery notes for each release, which helped to ensure that the supplier was meeting the project's requirements.

We also identified areas where the supplier could improve their processes, and provided recommendations on how to make those improvements.

Our work helped to ensure that the Cybersecurity of the two ECUs was up to the highest standards.
