Basic Software Development and Bring-up
CHALLENGE
We were approached by a customer with a last-minute request for an ECU prototype. The project faced a tight deadline of four months, requiring us to assemble a team of experienced consultants and start the project from scratch on a development board.

After the initial bring-up of the ECU, our team was also tasked to support the customer’s application team to integrate their existing software components in the new ECU and adapt them to OEM’s requirements.
OUTCOME

We assembled a team of 4 ready to start in around 3 weeks.

The customer won the quotation and even got praise for their speed of delivery and the quality of the release.

We continued the work after the prototyping phase and extended the team to 5 members.

Our involvement has been confirmed up until the start of production.
