CHALLENGE
To provide a freelancer team lead that could:
• Take the lead of an existing software integration team and manage their effort;
• Provide technical support for the team he was leading;
• Support the HR department for the creation of another team for another customer.
OUTCOME
The provided freelancer has managed to:
• Took over the lead of the integration team;
• Provided technical support by fixing integration issues;
• Supported the HR department in the creation of another team of 5 members;
The freelancer's contract ended when the project went into maintenance.
